Privacy Policy and Disclosures

Last Updated: December 10, 2025

Affluent Strategies ("AF," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we handle your personal information. This Privacy Policy and Disclosures ("Policy") explains our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your personal information when you interact with our website, advertisements, forms, Calendly bookings, or any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy also applies to visitors and users of our affiliated websites and marketing initiatives which are operated by Affluent Strategies LLC. By using our Services or submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.

AF acts solely as a marketing and lead generation service for independent financial advisors from various firms who partner with us. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or any financial services directly. This Policy applies to all users of our Services, including prospects interested in retirement planning.

Important Notice: This Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), may apply depending on your location and our operations. Recent changes, including the FCC's 2025 rulings on one-to-one consent for lead generation, require explicit, individualized consent for communications from each partnered advisor. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified attorney to ensure this Policy complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and to review your business practices for full legal protection.
